At My Hill Eco-Lodge, we warmly welcome families and children. To ensure comfort, safety, and a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to take note of our child policy:
Infants (0 – 3 years): Stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents or guardians. Baby cots can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Children (4 – 11 years): Discounted rates apply when sharing a room with parents or guardians. Extra beds may be arranged depending on room type and availability.
Teenagers (12 years and above): Charged at the adult rate.
Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian, especially in public areas, gardens, balconies, and near the lake.
For safety reasons, children are not allowed to stay in a room without an adult present.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and behavior during the stay.
Children’s meals can be provided upon request. Please inform our team of any dietary needs in advance.
High chairs are available in the restaurant (subject to availability).
Some lodge activities (such as boat rides, hikes, and canoeing) have age restrictions or may require parental supervision. Please check with our reception team before booking.
The lodge reserves the right to decline participation of children in activities deemed unsafe for their age group.
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parents are kindly requested to ensure children do not disturb others, particularly during rest times (22:00 – 07:00).
My Hill Eco-Lodge will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages involving children if parents/guardians fail to supervise them appropriately.
